Cancellation Policy

At Twinklet, we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.

Order Cancellation

Customers can request cancellation within 1 hour of placing the order.

Once the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 1–3 business days to the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider or bank, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

Payment Gateway Charges

For prepaid orders, payment gateway and platform transaction charges may be deducted from the refund amount, as these charges are non-refundable to us once the payment is processed.

COD Orders

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can only be cancelled before shipment confirmation. To reduce fake orders and unnecessary returns, COD orders are confirmed through WhatsApp or phone call before dispatch.

Cancellation After Shipment

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Discount Coupons

Coupon codes or promotional discounts used during purchase may not be reusable after order cancellation.
