Shipping Policy
At Twinklet, we work hard to deliver your orders safely and on time.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after the 1-hour cancellation window closes. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time:
- Kerala: 2–5 business days
- Other states in India: 4–8 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen delays.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹799
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown during checkout
COD Confirmation
To reduce fake orders and unnecessary returns, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be confirmed through WhatsApp or phone call before dispatch.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, tracking details will be shared through WhatsApp or email.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability or warehouse location.
Wrong Address / Delivery Failure
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact details.
If delivery fails due to:
- incorrect address
- unreachable phone number
- repeated delivery attempt failure
the parcel may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.
Tampered Package
All products are packed securely. If the package appears damaged or tampered with during delivery, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.
Missing or Wrong Product
If you receive a missing, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a proper unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.
Requests without an unboxing video may not be eligible for return or replacement.
Cancellation After Shipment
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
