At Twinklet, we value customer satisfaction and ensure that all products are checked and packed carefully before dispatch.
Returns
We accept returns only in the case of:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product received
To be eligible for return, customers must provide an unboxing/unpacking video from the moment the parcel is opened without any cuts or edits.
Without proper unboxing video proof, return or replacement requests will not be accepted.
Size Issues
Since our products include kids’ clothing, we request all customers to carefully check the size chart before placing an order.
We do not offer returns or replacements for size-related issues, as sizing preferences may vary from customer to customer.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or as store credit.
