By placing an order with Twinklet, you agree to the following terms:

COD Orders Confirmation

To reduce fake or unconfirmed orders, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be confirmed via WhatsApp or phone call before shipping. Orders that are not confirmed may be cancelled.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion in case of:

• Unconfirmed COD orders
• Incorrect customer details
• Suspected fraudulent activity

Product Images

We try to display product images as accurately as possible. However, slight color differences may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

Unboxing Video Requirement

For any return or complaint regarding damage or wrong product, an unboxing video is mandatory. Requests without proper video proof will not be considered.

Size Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. Please refer to the size chart before placing the order. Size exchange or return will not be accepted.

Changes to Terms

Twinklet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
